Now, we are expanding our program on the ground through strong partnerships with community-based organizations across states like Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh. The Opportunity We’re looking for a dynamic Program Associate to support and strengthen our partnerships with grassroots implementation partners. You’ll be the key bridge between the NudgED core team and our field partners—ensuring strong coordination, continuous learning loops, and improving program designs based on community insights. What You’ll Do Coordinate with all grassroots partners to ensure seamless implementation of the NudgED program. Create and maintain a regular data feedback loop—collecting field insights (video clips, audio clips, testimonials etc.) and reporting them to internal teams. Brainstorm and contribute to improving on-ground program design and delivery based on evidence and feedback. Conduct regular field visits to observe program implementation and interact directly with communities and facilitators. Ensure timely documentation of partner performance, success stories, and areas of improvement. Support logistics, onboarding, and capacity-building needs of partners as required. Who You Are Around 2-4 years of experience in program implementation, partner management, or grassroots/community-based work. Strong communication and coordination skills—able to work across teams and stakeholders. Comfortable with data tracking, reporting, and using insights for program improvement. Willing to travel frequently to field locations. Passionate about equity in education and eager to listen, learn, and improve systems from the ground up. Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Program Associate to drive both community engagement and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Representation - Act as Top Parent’s ambassador in communities, schools, and local forums. - Build and nurture relationships with parents, facilitators, local leaders, and school staff. - Represent NudgED/Top Parent at events, community forums, and stakeholder meetings. - Design and implement parent learning clubs, onboarding sessions, and community activations. Digital Engagement & Communication - Manage WhatsApp-based engagement (groups, nudges, contests, campaigns). - Develop nudges in Indian languages (text/voice) to boost adoption, retention, and usage. - Track engagement metrics, user behavior, and share insights for product/retention strategies. Partnership & Program Implementation - Coordinate with grassroots partners for seamless program rollout. - Support partner onboarding, logistics, and capacity-building needs. - Conduct regular field visits to observe program delivery and interact with communities. - Ensure documentation of partner performance, success stories, and areas of improvement. Monitoring, Feedback & Reporting - Create and maintain a strong data feedback loop—collecting field insights (stories, video, audio, testimonials) and reporting them to internal teams. - Maintain accurate data on outreach, engagement, and partnerships. - Share qualitative and quantitative insights proactively to strengthen program design. Who You Are - 2–4 years of experience in program implementation, community engagement, or partner management. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages a plus. - Comfortable leading both grassroots mobilization and digital communication channels (especially WhatsApp). - Proficiency with digital tools (smartphone apps, Google Sheets, basic reporting). - Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and other locations. - Deep commitment to education equity and parent empowerment, with curiosity to learn and improve systems from the ground up.
