Purpose of the position (Brief Overview) The Head of Clinic is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and growth of the beauty clinic. This includes managing a team of professionals, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the clinics profitability. The role demands leadership, strategic thinking, and an in-depth understanding of beauty treatments and trends, along with the ability to effectively run a business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. Monitor clinic inventory and supply levels; ensure timely ordering and stock management. Ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and aesthetically appealing, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Ensure AMCs are done for all instruments / Machines ( as per need) and are maintained in good condition and cleaning and preventive maintenance is carried out from time to time. Responsible for running the software to the optimum capacity Client Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to all clients. Handle client complaints, concerns, and queries in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement strategies to build long-term client relationships and loyalty. Oversee the creation and implementation of client satisfaction surveys and follow-up protocols. Promote a personalized and high-quality experience to all clients. Treatment & Service Offering: Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty treatments, technologies, and trends. Oversee the quality and consistency of services offered in the clinic, ensuring they meet or exceed industry standards. Regularly assess and improve service offerings to keep the clinic competitive and innovative. Ensure all beauty treatments and services comply with health and safety regulations. Keep up with industry regulations, hygiene standards, and legal requirements in the beauty sector. Handle medical and cosmetic procedures following proper medical and ethical guidelines if applicable. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the clinic’s staff, including beauty therapists, receptionist, Sales and support staff. Ensure all staff are well-trained and provide exceptional customer service. Foster a positive, motivating work environment and culture that encourages high performance. Provide feedback and professional development opportunities to staff. Recruit, hire, and on board new team members as needed. Business Development: Promote new beauty treatments, packages, and products to attract and retain clients. Build and maintain partnerships influencers and organizations to enhance clinic visibility. Monitor local and global beauty trends and adjust the clinic’s offerings accordingly. Prepare and present regular reports on clinic performance, including financials, customer satisfaction, and team productivity. Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met. - Accountable for the profitability and bottom line Accountable to set the goal and target and work out strategy Work as a team and motivate and train all the concerned from time to time – team building/team culture Monitor clinic revenue and expenses; identify opportunities to improve profitability. Handle pricing strategies for treatments and services to remain competitive in the market. Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment collections. Analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve financial performance. Qualifications : MBBS, MD – Dermatology.
Role & responsibilities Responsible to monitoring daily activity regarding HVAC, EMS, BMS. Daily monitoring of all AHU, Ventilation Units and fill the logbook if any. Responsible for attend day to day problems related HVAC. Operation of building Management System @Environmental Monitoring System (EMS & BMS) effectively. Responsible PLC programming and troubleshooting. Require Knowledge of VFD Programming and troubleshooting. Responsible for Engineering QMS (Change Control, Incident, Deviation, Memo etc) Knowledge of Electrical , Instrumentation and Technical like Vfd, Plc, Scada. Knowledge of EMS, BMS software Siemens, Honewell. Handling of Qualification, Validation. Maintain preventive maintenance log books time to time To prepare and maintain SOPs of the department. Maintaining of documentation and Audit compliance work. Responsible to attend any type of break down immediately. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. Responsible for planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work. Responsible for handover the charge before leaving factory.
