What You’ll Do (and Love Doing!) Treat adorable (and sometimes wiggly) little humans with patience, empathy, and fun! Consult with parents — guide them with love, not lectures. Learn and perform specialized procedures in: Tongue Tie & Lip Tie Management Mouth Breathing & Airway Assessment Myofunctional Therapy Lactation Support Interceptive Orthodontics Minimally Invasive Dentistry (SDF, ICON, Laser, etc.) Special Needs Pediatric Dentistry Preventive Care, Fluoride Therapy & Dietary Counseling Basically, everything they never taught you this way in dental school Mentorship That Matters You’ll work directly under the mentorship of: Dr. Sanchit Paul – India’s leading Pediatric Dentist, Special Needs & Airway Expert Dr. Shivika Paul – Dentist, Tongue Tie Release Provider & Lactation Consultant Their hands-on guidance will help you master: Clinical skills | Communication | Child psychology | Holistic dental care You’ll see dentistry through a new lens — one where every child leaves with confidence and every doctor leaves with pride.
