As an Injection Moulding & Sparking (EDM) Technician, your role will involve hands-on experience in mould handling, sparking operations, and basic machine maintenance. You will be responsible for independently managing mould modifications and supporting efficient moulding operations on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Sparking (Electrical Discharge Machining) for mould adjustments, repairs, and fine modifications. - Operate injection moulding machines; assist in mould changeovers and machine setup. - Conduct minor machine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues. - Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tooling and work area; follow safety and quality procedures.
