Tool Room Trainee

• Assist in Tool Fabrication: Learn to operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce tools and components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Support Tool Maintenance: Assist senior technicians in the routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Read Technical Drawings: Develop the ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to understand project requirements and tolerances.
• Quality Control: Help inspect finished tools and parts to ensure they meet required accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain Workspace: Keep the tool room clean, organized, and safe, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Learn Advanced Skills: Participate in training to gain knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and other advanced machining techniques.
• Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool designs and resolve tooling-related issues.
• Document Activities: Maintain records of tool room activities, maintenance logs, and inventory.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
