Tool Room Quality Incharge

As a Tool Room Quality Incharge, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Daily MIS preparation and sharing to HOD - Preparation and presentation of MRM documents monthly - Conducting daily morning meetings with the TD team on the shop floor - Attending design reviews and sharing quality-related points - Reviewing PFR, arranging internal meetings, and obtaining sign off from relevant departments (Design, Tooling) - Reviewing inspection methodology, arranging meetings with customers, and obtaining sign off - Verifying the BOM and studying all detailed drawings - Providing support for static inspection on finished tools before T0 Trial - Providing support for dynamic inspection during the trial phase - Reviewing trial parts inspection reports, arranging CFT meetings with the internal team, and giving approval for the next trial - Regular meetings with the CMM team regarding priority input/output - Reviewing checking fixture (Gauge) DAP concept with design/vendor - Arranging meetings with customers to obtain approval CF DAP for manufacturing - Regular interaction with checking fixture vendor/vendor team for CF correction and completion - Guiding the CMM team on the checking fixture concept and function for CF calibration - Daily reviews with subordinates - Maintaining customer complaints register, handling complaints, and coordination - Maintaining Internal NCR & CAPA register, reviewing internal NCRs, and coordinating with the operation head for completion - Verifying kit elements deviations and obtaining sign off from the operation head for kit handover to tooling - Supporting trial parts report preparation - Verifying buyoff documents and handing over to the customer Additionally, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Drawings, Machining & Stamping Knowledge.,
