We are urgently hiring Tool Room Executive

Education - Diploma in Tool & Die making / BE Mechanical

Experience - 6 - 7 Years

Location - Ranjangaon MIDC

CTC - 6 - 7 LPA

Department: -Tool Room

Functional Area: Press tool & mold Maintenance & NPD

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring day to day project planning and execution plan.

2. New project Technical signoff review with customers & Suppliers.

3. Supplier selection for Press tool, panel checker & welding fixture manufacturing.

4. RFQ, validation and tool feasibility of sheet metal part new project.

5. Based on feasibility define method plan (Tool process layout) and validate it with tool supplier.

6. Dies, Panel checker welding fixture & Inspection fixture DAP

7. Prepare master development schedule.

8. Raw Material Planning & Validation.

9. Monitoring tool manufacturing as per timeline at tool maker end.

10. Responsible for tool design, execution, quality, Parts Availability and tool tryouts.

11. Monitoring tool trials with static and dynamic conditions at Supplier end.

12. Preparing PFD, quality plans, etc.

13. Modification of welding fixture and press tool for high productivity and low cost.

14. Resolving the problem faced while tool tryouts as well as in die maintenance.

15. ECN & ECR activity’s as per requirement.

16. Implementation of Poke-Yoke & KAIZEN Activity.

17. Quality problem solving. Subordinate training.

18. Data record, updating.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
