Job Title: Operations executive/Maintenance executive/Technician Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a hands-on engineer responsible for commissioning, operation, and maintenance of fermentation lab utilities and equipment. The role requires technical knowledge of fermentation support systems (boiler, chiller, air compressor, RO/softeners, water systems) and active participation in day-to-day lab operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate installation and commissioning of utilities such as boiler, chiller, air compressor, RO plant, water softeners and major lab equipment along with fermenters. Ensure smooth supply of clean steam, compressed air, chilled water, and purified water to the lab and process operations Maintain logbooks, utility usage records, and compliance reports. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Address issues related to local government bodies. Schedule servicing with OEMs and vendors Ensure smooth removal of effluents by following safe waste management practices Qualifications & Skills Any graduate with 2-3 years experience in Biotech/Pharma industry; exposure to fermentation related work environments is desirable Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada.
