Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the building and ensure smooth operations. Supervise and coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, lift, water supply, and other essential services. Manage housekeeping staff, security personnel, and other service staff, including duty rosters and performance. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers for regular and emergency work. Plan and supervise civil repair work like painting, waterproofing, plastering, etc. Maintain records of maintenance activities, expenses, and inventory. Respond promptly to any emergencies or breakdowns in the premises. Address and resolve resident or tenant complaints professionally and on time. Ensure compliance with local regulations and building safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of fire safety systems, CCTV, and other security equipment. Maintain stock and proper records of tools, equipment, and supplies.
