ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a Senior Accountant with proven experience in Australian compliance and client management. This role requires technical expertise as well as leadership skills to mentor junior staff. WHAT YOULL DO: Prepare financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships Perform reconciliations and prepare workpapers - Liaise with senior accountants/managers to finalise jobs Support juniors and review simple tasks when needed - Use Xero, MYOB, or other Australian accounting software WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR: 3 to 4+ years Australian public practice accounting experience Solid understanding of Australian tax rules and compliance standards Competence in managing jobs with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Whats in it for you?
