Job Description

As a Graphic Designer Consultant in the Talent & Organization (T&O) team of the S&C Global Network, you will be involved in assisting clients from various industries with Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative learning strategies and solutions, as well as aiding clients in navigating organizational changes and transitions effectively. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the future workforce. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with client teams to comprehend their requirements, evaluating scripts, crafting visual storyboards, and designing and refining various media. You will be responsible for estimating media efforts and providing solutioning support. Additionally, you will enhance your competency as a Media Lead by conducting training sessions, participating in media-related forums, mentoring and coaching team members, and driving initiatives for improved reusability. Working autonomously on design, visualization, and media development projects, you will oversee the entire design process as a media lead, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Your tasks will involve producing cutting-edge designs for complex projects and creating showcase demo samples. Furthermore, you will be tasked with designing graphics and media components (such as UI, illustrations, and animations) while upholding the highest quality standards. Maintaining consistency in graphic standards, guidelines, and project checklists will be crucial in delivering products that align with client expectations and are completed within the designated timeframe and budget. Your problem-solving skills, combined with a results-oriented mindset, will be essential in addressing challenges within a diverse, multicultural environment. Your proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, and Lectora, along with strong business acumen, will be invaluable assets in fulfilling your role effectively. With a minimum of 10-15 years of experience and a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, you are well-equipped to excel in this dynamic and rewarding position.,
