Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as GS Faculty members, specializing in TNPSC,Bank, SSC, and RRB exam preparation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and helping aspirants succeed in competitive exams. Both freshers who have successfully cleared prelims and mains of the mentioned exams (within the past year) and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Teach and guide students in subjects like:
- Aptitude & Reasoning
- History
- Polity
- Geography
- Art & Culture
- Economics
- Ecology & Environment
- General Science
- Current Affairs
- English Language & Comprehension
- Develop comprehensive and structured lesson plans.
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom sessions.
- Prepare high-quality study materials, test papers, and mock exams.
- Assist in designing curriculum and course content updates.
- Analyze students' performance and provide individual feedback to help them improve.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be an aspirant or candidate who has cleared TNPSC,Bank, SSC, or RRB Prelims and Mains exams.
- Excellent knowledge of the subject areas listed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring aspirants.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience in a coaching institute or online education platform.
- Deep understanding of competitive exam patterns.
- If fresher means Must be an aspirant or candidate who has cleared TNPSC,Bank, SSC, or RRB Prelims and Mainsexams.
Salary:15000 – 25000 Per Month
