Présentation du poste DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE Job description : Based at our Bengalore's plant, you will directly report to the Management of Information System Manager (based in France). As IT Support and Networking Technician, you will be responsible for : Managing Users requests. Diagnosing, qualifying and resolving incidents. Participating to IT projects. Ensuring operational conditions maintenance. Coordinating with internal teams (Europe scale). Informations Non cadre CDI Temps plein Pas de télétravail Profil recherché DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL What we're looking for : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience You have at least 3-5 years' experience as IT Technician. User support, you're proficient in Microsoft Active, Windows 10/11 & 365, VLAN. Rigourous, curious and team player, you will take on the role of user support. You're fluent in english with good communication skills.
