Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting targets. Monitor and control attrition rates by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce turnover. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry. Strong understanding of Attrition Control principles and practices. Excellent Team Leading skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
