TL FOREMAN

We are looking for an experienced Transmission Line (TL) Foreman – Erection & Stringing Works to join our team for the KPTCL Project. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and field experience in tower erection and stringing for 132kV and above transmission lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute tower erection and stringing activities at site.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and technical standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower, and material usage records.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues during erection and stringing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in 132kV and above transmission line erection & stringing.
• Good understanding of tower types, erection sequences, and tensioning operations.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality compliance.

Education:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
