Verify if data in the system is according to signed contracts and to TKE policies. Register Order Intakes in SAP in a structured way. Extract & send relevant Reports to internal customers or management, as & when the situation demands. Must be proficient in MS Excel and SAP modules. Coordinates with branches in case of deviations in order booking process for timely resolution to achieve order booking targets before month-end deadline. Must be a good team player and open to cross training Who we are looking for Any Graduate with 4+ years of experience in Order Intake Processing. Prior experience of working in SAP SD Module. Prior experience of working in similar order booking process in elevator industry. Proficiency in English language (written & verbal) with good articulation and communication skills is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is also a key requirement. Troubleshoot escalated tickets from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions through Active Directory or other identity platforms. Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues. Perform regular system and security updates, backups, and patch management. Support IT asset management (hardware/software inventory). Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and equipment procurement. Document support activities, technical procedures, and configuration changes. Assist in implementing IT policies and security protocols. Provide user training and guidance when needed. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and system troubleshooting. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus. Familiarity with ITIL framework and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g ServiceNow, Jira). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
