Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and lead a team of US Travel Sales Agents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in US Travel Sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of US Travel Sales agents.
Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.Provide training and support to new and existing team members.Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations within the team.Prepare reports on team performance, sales metrics, and client feedback.Coordinate with management to implement process improvements.Ensure agents comply with company policies, US travel sales standards, and quality benchmarks.Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in US Travel Sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.Excellent communication skills in US English.Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) is preferred.Problem-solving, decision-making, and customer handling skills.Target-driven with a result-oriented mindset.Benefits:
