Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized Scheduling Specialist. The ideal candidate will assist with scheduling real estate closing appointments while maintaining excellent communication and coordination with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Assist in scheduling real estate closing appointments with borrowers • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone • Work collaboratively with the closing team to ensure the delivery of closing package to the signing agent • Ability to process the assigned task as per SOP and training manuals • Ability to process the assigned task within defined turnaround time Requirements • Must be a graduate in any stream • Good with using computer, internet and MS Office • Must be fluent in written & spoken English • Must be well versed with US time zones • Should possess excellent logical and analytical skills • Must be open and flexible with rotational night shift (8 AM to 9 PM EST) and week offs • Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM • Willingness to learn and grow in the Title and Settlement industry
