The role involves overseeing the Zen Garden, a space designed for people to relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. As a Happiness Consultant, you will play a crucial role in fostering a stress-free and harmonious atmosphere for our client's employees. This position is open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Maintain the serene ambience of the Mindfulness Room by ensuring it is well-organized and inviting throughout the day. - Regularly monitor the room and its equipment to ensure everything is in working order and readily available for use. - Enforce the rules and guidelines of the room to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all users. - Guide users through mindfulness activities and healing equipment, with training provided. - Serve as the point of contact for any queries or assistance related to the Mindfulness Room. - Gather feedback from users to enhance the overall experience of the Mindfulness Room. - Collaborate with our client/Zariyaa to share valuable insights and suggestions based on your observations. - Maintain a calm and composed demeanor while handling inquiries or situations. - Willingness to learn how to operate mindfulness instruments and support users effectively. - Ability and willingness to travel, if required. - Proficiency in English is necessary. We are looking for someone who: - Possesses strong communication skills and a friendly approach. - Demonstrates empathy and a passion for wellness and mindfulness. - Holds a Master's degree in psychology. - Takes pride in creating a positive atmosphere.
