Job Description

As an Onboarding Specialist at Salesforce, your primary responsibility is to proactively engage with new customers to ensure a positive initial experience with Salesforce. You will collaborate with internal partners and customers to guide onboarding conversations, focusing on meeting short and long-term objectives to set customers on the path to success. Your role will involve becoming a subject-matter expert for MuleSoft, delivering virtual expert engagements, providing relevant recommendations tailored to customers" business needs, and facilitating the setup and administration of MuleSoft instances. Your work will directly impact customer happiness and long-term engagement, contributing to Salesforce's reputation as an industry leader. By applying your consulting skills to uncover initial business use cases and prescribing personalized Learning Journeys, you will help customers achieve rapid "time to value" and build a strong foundation for future growth. Key Responsibilities: - Become a Salesforce subject-matter expert for MuleSoft to accelerate new customers" "time to value." - Deliver virtual expert engagements to educate and empower customers on the Salesforce Customer 360 Suite of Products. - Provide relevant recommendations based on customers" business needs and engage with them to navigate MuleSoft setup. - Co-create quick-start guides, enablement guides, and playbooks aligned with customer requirements. - Build positive relationships with internal and external business partners to contribute to broader goals and growth. - Actively leverage and contribute to the overall knowledge base and community expertise. Requirements: - Proficient in English. - Relevant 3rd-level degree or equivalent qualification. - 2 to 3 years of experience helping customers achieve full business potential through technology. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize activities under pressure. - Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in customer-facing engagements. - Familiarity with customer success concepts, practices, and procedures. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Salesforce Admin, Adv Admin, and/or Consultant Certifications. - Hands-on experience with API-led integration products like MuleSoft. - Technical orientation to guide developers on integration use cases. - Understanding of developing a successful Implementation Strategy. - Consultative and customer-focused approach. - Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce products and platforms.
