Title Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Greetings from Rohan Dyes & Intermediates Ltd.! We are currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kalamsar, Khambhat, Gujarat. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with the team to prepare cost estimations for proposed projects, ensuring completion of all project statutory formalities, and utilizing your extensive technical knowledge in planning, budgeting, and implementing mechanical engineering for industrial projects. Your role will involve evaluating and finalizing basic studies and detailed engineering offers for projects, coordinating with process and production teams during engineering phases, and collaborating with procurement teams for equipment/material purchases. You will also be responsible for bid analysis of contractors, inspection of equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuge, ANF, Pumps, and storage tanks, as well as ensuring timely project updates to management. Additionally, you will need to have a solid understanding of mechanical CAD software, chemical process plants, waste treatment, and paints manufacturing facilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections of completed work, coordinating with consultants and contractors for project execution, and developing strategies to decrease process costs and time. To excel in this role, you should possess good verbal and written communication skills, relevant technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, efficiency, organization, and strong teamwork skills. Experience in SAP, knowledge of IMS audit, QMS audit, HIRA, and familiarity with Chemical Industrial Project planning and execution are highly desired. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role and hold a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Engineering.
