As a Mandarin Language Specialist Customer Support for our esteemed client in Pune, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers through various channels such as chat, email, phone, and CRM. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer concerns, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving customer issues with a solution-oriented approach. It is essential to work independently, leveraging tools and knowledge management to maintain high customer experience standards. The ideal candidate for this position should possess fluency in Mandarin Language and have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience in a contact center, operations, or voice process. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are crucial, along with proficiency in computer literacy, specifically MS Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas). Flexibility to work on Saturdays and in a 24/5 support environment is required. Any experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, or Quote to Cash will be considered a plus. This role requires a deep understanding of the client's hardware, software, and services portfolio to ensure that each interaction with the client is positive and the complex is made accessible.
