Job Description

You will have the opportunity to reimagine what's possible and help leading organizations unlock the value of technology to build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders for PeopleSoft HCM modules. - Provide functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HCM applications. - Conduct fit/gap analysis to assess business needs versus delivered functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. In the area of Software Engineering, you will: - Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. - Develop and apply software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance. - Exercise original thought and judgment while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. - Build expertise in the software engineering discipline to meet standard software engineer skills expectations. - Collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficient in providing functional support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft HCM applications. - Experience in conducting fit/gap analysis to assess business needs versus delivered functionality. - Ability to develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and customizations. - Strong collaboration skills with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. - Experience in system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities. - Skills in conducting user training, developing training materials, and supporting production issues. - Knowledge of ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. - Ability to work with project teams to perform quality assurance reviews throughout implementations and upgrades. - Excellent communication skills to report status, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
