Title HR SSC Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness. This includes conducting regular data check-ups, collaborating with local HR teams, and ensuring the quality of HR data. You will also be tasked with updating the organizational structure in the HR system, providing support to HR teams in various countries, handling and resolving HR central tickets, and preparing basic HR reports as needed. To excel in this role, you should have a B2 level of English proficiency, with fluency in another language considered an advantage. You should also possess the ability to quickly grasp HR information systems (HRIS) and understand the interdependencies of HR data. Basic knowledge of Excel is required to effectively carry out your responsibilities.
