Title Counselor

The ideal candidate for this role would hold a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Marketing/Sales, preferably. You should have a pleasant personality and possess excellent communication skills, as this is crucial for the position. Proficiency in MS-Office and Google sheets/docs is required, along with prior experience in education/academic sales. As the face of the organization, your responsibilities will include converting leads into admissions, cold calling to generate leads from provided data, counseling and advising students and prospects, facilitating leads for admissions, and reviewing academic records when necessary. You will also serve as a liaison with academic or student services departments, support the sales & marketing teams by following up on calls, setting up appointments, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing documentation, accompanying the sales/marketing team for promotional activities, and maintaining the telecommunication system.
