Title Bluecoat Proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN

You will be responsible for Level 2 support for AGN Infrastructure supporting Network Security areas including Firewall, Proxy, VPN/IPS. Your role will involve systems operation and maintenance of security and DMZ complexes, with a focus on maintaining Bluecoat proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, and related management systems. You will be implementing changes on Firewalls and proxies based on customer requests, as well as managing the intrusion prevention systems and malicious code Protection gateways. As part of the 2nd and 3rd level support team, you will be in direct contact with manufacturers and provide advice to clients. Your duties will include incident, problem, and change management within the aforementioned Infrastructure areas, as well as supporting the Information Security Officer and the Audit Units. You will also provide business support for all topics related to the firewall complexes and their use for internal and external customers. In addition, you will be responsible for internal team dispatching of tasks, incident tickets, service and change requests, group mailboxes, and customer requests. Documentation of infrastructures, procedures, and processes will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this role, you should have 3-7 years of experience in the IT/Computers-Software industry as a System Administrator. Key skills required include proficiency in Bluecoat proxies, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, and VPN/IPS. A degree in any graduate field will be considered for this position.
