Job Description – SAP SD Consultant (FMS / AFS) Key Responsibilities Participate in SAP SD configuration, testing, and support activities, especially in S/4HANA Fashion Management Solution (FMS) environments. Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, including sales order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, credit management, and returns. Configure and support AFS functionalities such as size grids, multi-dimensional product management, and seasonality. Configure and support FMS processes such as wholesale, retail, omni-channel order management, allocation, and ATP. Work on integration points with MM, WM, FI, and FICO modules. Collaborate with business users for requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design. Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests. Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT cycles. Prepare functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects. Contribute to documentation, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module (order management, pricing, billing, logistics execution). Hands-on experience with AFS (size grids, matrix order management) OR FMS (wholesale, retail, allocation, omni-channel). Good understanding of integration with MM, FI, WM. Exposure to Idocs, EDI, and Interfaces. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly under pressure. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
