Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Cashier located in Mumbai. The Retail Cashier will be responsible for processing customer transactions, handling cash payments, scanning items, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining accurate cash drawers, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a clean and organized checkout area. Qualifications Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions Basic mathematical skills and the ability to calculate change accurately Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Previous retail experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
