We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience in PEB projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience or strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute PEB and other structural work on-site as per design and project plans. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Maintain project schedules and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the design team. Interpret construction drawings and ensure work is carried out accordingly. Verify materials and ensure proper usage as per specifications. Maintain proper documentation of site activities. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (BE) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. 1 to 5 years of site engineering experience in construction, preferably in PEB projects. Strong understanding of structural drawings and project execution. Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and industry safety regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience in PEB structure erection and installation. Knowledge of site safety and quality assurance protocols. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Leadership abilities and problem-solving mindset.
