Job Description : QC Specialist (Graphics & Animation) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to ensure the highest standards in 2D graphics, 3D modeling, and animation deliverables. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in quality checks, documentation, and compliance with creative guidelines while being able to collaborate effectively with design, production, and project teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough QA/QC reviews of 2D and 3D graphics, motion design, and animation projects to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. Develop, maintain, and implement QC checklists and documentation for graphics and animation projects. Collaborate with creative and production teams to identify errors, inconsistencies, and deviations from design standards . Provide clear feedback and recommendations for corrections and improvements. Participate in technical review sessions in Bangalore office to validate creative outputs before delivery. Ensure projects meet client requirements, brand guidelines, and technical specifications . Track and document QC findings, prepare review reports, and follow up on corrective actions. Stay updated with industry standards, tools, and techniques for graphics/animation QC. Be flexible to stretch work hours when required to meet project timelines. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years of proven QC/QA experience in 2D/3D graphics, animation, or related digital media fields. Strong knowledge of design and animation tools (Adobe Suite, Autodesk 3ds max, After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.). Experience in preparing and using documentation, SOPs, and checklists for QC processes. Keen eye for detail, design aesthetics, and technical accuracy. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and articulate feedback clearly. Ability to work under deadlines and stretch work hours when needed. Must be able to attend in-office technical reviews in Bangalore. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience working with creative agencies, production houses, or animation studios . Exposure to QA/QC workflows in large-scale projects . Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to balance quality with delivery timelines . Job Details: Location: Bangalore (On-site for technical reviews) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Quality Control (QC) of 2D/3D Graphics & Animation Employment type: Full-time/Permanent. Working days: 5 days a week/Hybrid (Monday - Friday). Candidate as Immediate joiners or available to join within 15 days will be preferred.
