Service is very poor. Customer care is only to pickup calls if they want and cannot resolve any issue. Local Cable Operator is also fraud as he just took money and don't pick-up calls in case of internet issue.
Avoid this fraud ISP.

Worst service. Local providers treat you inhumanely and the connection just runs according to its own wish not yours. Customer care didn't pick up the call. Local *engineer-cum-payment receiver* blamed it on my parts while my parts are brand new and work perfectly. Not even worth of 1 star.

Terrible service! Once they receive payment, that's it - your calls will go unattended. The worst part is that the Airtel call center representatives are also extremely rude. I strongly advise avoiding Airtel
