Pathetic service. Clueless customer support, reckless and unbothered local providers. They stop your service even before your plan has expired and even if you pay in advance, they intentionally stop your service and harass you. It is a shame that there are no other providers in the vicinity or would have switched ages ago.

Arguably, the worst Internet Provider in Kolkata. Their customer service is even worse. You've to recharge a full month's worth for half a month of internet. The other half is just for talking to their customer care.

Now they are providing fiber connection which is far better than copper wire connection. I don't get any ping or RTO related issues anymore. In rs 590 per month they are providing 100 Mbps unlimited connection which is very good and stable.
