As a Reels Editor + Videographer at our company in Ahmedabad, Maninagar, you will be responsible for shooting and editing short-form video content, particularly Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos. Your role will involve bringing ideas to life through your creative lens and collaborating closely with the founder to convey the brand's vision effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Shoot and edit 35 high-quality reels per week following fashion/Gen Z aesthetics. - Stay updated on Instagram trends, transitions, and sounds to create engaging content. - Capture lifestyle and fashion shots with a focus on angles, lighting, and framing. - Edit videos with strong pacing, smooth transitions, and color grading techniques. - Enhance videos with overlays, filters, motion graphics, and text animations (bonus skill). Qualifications: - Proficient in shooting and editing short-form videos with a strong eye for aesthetics. - Up-to-date knowledge of Instagram trends and editing tools. - Ability to capture appealing lifestyle and fashion shots with attention to detail. - Experience in video editing with a focus on pacing, transitions, and color grading. - Familiarity with adding overlays, filters, and motion graphics/text animations is a plus. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, we are seeking a candidate who is passionate about fashion, understands the preferences of young Indian women, and can create content that resonates with them.
