Ticketing Executive-Female

1. Experience in Ticketing field and Minimum 6 months of Experience can be preferred.

2. you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and reservations for various travel services, including flights, trains, buses, and events.

3.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding ticket bookings.

4.Process ticket reservations accurately and efficiently using booking systems.

5.Confirm and issue tickets, ensuring all details are correct.

6.Assist customers with any changes, cancellations, or refunds as needed

7.Handle complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

8.Sales Support.

9.Getting Appointment from New companies.

10. Timing : 10.00am to 6.30pm.

NOTE : Candidates from Ondipudur, Irugur and Sulur Can be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹9,500.00 per month
