We're looking for a passionate Java Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help us build a scalable, real-time mobility infrastructure. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java + Spring Boot Implement real-time APIs for location tracking (MQTT) Build highly scalable services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run / Cloud SQL / Pub/Sub) Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL) Implement secure authentication and role-based access Integrate third-party services (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Push notifications) Write clean, maintainable, testable code Collaborate with Android, iOS, and frontend teams Requirements: 1–4 years of backend development experience Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, gRPC, REST APIs, WebSockets , Redis Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) Good understanding of microservices & distributed systems Bonus: Experience with gRPC / MQTT / Maps / Realtime systems Startup mindset, fast learner, and problem-solving attitude What we offer: Opportunity to build a high-impact mobility platform used daily by thousands Work directly with founders (Developer + Designer team) Ownership, responsibility, and fast growth Friendly startup environment Competitive salary
