Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily production planning, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting quality standards. Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintain a clean working environment, and handle manpower efficiently. Plan shifts effectively to optimize productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce waste. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch) Manage and lead warehouse staff to meet productivity targets Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking Implement and follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancie Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in garment manufacturing or textile industry as a Production Supervisor or similar role. Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, quality control management, shift planning, and manpower handling. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 37 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
