Patient Care and Monitoring: Taking vital signs: Regularly monitoring and recording heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, respiratory rate, and other vital signs. Administering medications: Accurately and timely administering medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as ordered by physicians. Managing life-support equipment: Operating and troubleshooting ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and other life-support equipment. Monitoring patient status: Closely observing patients for any changes in condition and reporting them to the physician. Performing assessments: Conducting regular physical assessments, pain assessments, and evaluating patients' overall condition. Providing comfort and emotional support: Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support to patients and their families. Maintaining patient hygiene: Assisting with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other personal hygiene needs.
