We’re Looking For We’re on the lookout for a Lead UI/UX Designer with strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user experience. If you have an eye for detail, a flair for aesthetics, and a passion for creative problem-solving—this role is for you. What You’ll Do As the Lead UI/UX Designer for Notifyy, you’ll play a key role in defining how thousands of businesses and users interact with the platform every day. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences that bring simplicity to complex business workflows. Your Responsibilities Plan and create user-centric designs by analyzing product and business requirements. Optimize existing designs by gathering, interpreting, and implementing user feedback. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma. Create design systems, pattern libraries, and responsive interface guidelines. Produce conceptual and original visuals, illustrations, and interaction designs. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Management teams to deliver cohesive user experiences. Maintain and evolve the Notifyy Design System to ensure visual consistency across all modules. Stay updated with emerging design trends, UI frameworks, and user interface standards. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or B2B platforms. A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX processes and polished UI design for Web and Mobile. Deep understanding of visual design principles—typography, layout, spacing, iconography, and color theory. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, TailwindCSS, and other modern design tools. Experience in building and managing design systems for scalable products. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
