Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our dynamic Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining our real estate offerings, and scheduling site visits. She should have excellent communication and persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database provided. Explain real estate projects, pricing, and benefits to the clients clearly and professionally. Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into appointments. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client responses. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Build and maintain a positive client relationship. Handle customer queries and provide accurate project information. Requirements: Female candidates only. Minimum 1year experience is mandatory; 2 years preferred. Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Prior experience in real estate telecalling/sales is a plus. Good communication skills in English and [local language – e.g., Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, etc.]. Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Society Inventory Outreach: Make calls to the society inventory to inform residents about our offerings and address their inquiries. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the company, introducing our services and generating interest. Client Engagement: Engage with clients over the phone to understand their needs, provide information, and schedule site visits.
