Work with a team of designers and strategists to shape cohesive brand stories. Craft copy for a wide range of deliverables, including brand identity systems, brand guidelines, websites, and presentations. Develop impactful narratives that help define the voice of upcoming and established brands. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Storytelling Develop clear and compelling brand narratives, including taglines, packaging copy, manifestos, and tone of voice guidelines. Collaborate with strategists to define the verbal identity of brands. 2. Content Development Write copy for branding projects, ensuring alignment with the brand world and visual language. Research and understand client industries to craft meaningful and relevant content. Support the development of brand presentations and pitch decks 3. Collaboration Execution Work closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of copy into visual assets. Revise and refine copy based on feedback to meet project objectives and quality standards. Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all deliverables. WE RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL 1. Have a strategic approach This isn t just about putting down a sentence or two that sounds nice, it s about problem solving and understanding the business ask - and then leveraging your writing skills to respond effectively to the brief. Your approach needs to be strategic, conceptual backed by research and showcase an in-depth understanding of the context. 2. Bring creativity to every idea Translate abstract ideas into compelling and meaningful words. Be unafraid to push creative boundaries and bring a fresh perspective to every project. 3. Collaborate with intent Work as an active and supportive member of the team, contributing ideas and ensuring that copy complements design. Foster collaboration and work towards shared goals. Stay agile in meeting the demands of diverse projects. 4. Pay attention to the details Approach every task with precision, ensuring grammar, punctuation, and coherence are flawless. Aim for nothing less than perfection in every draft. Embrace flexibility in tone and style, tailoring your writing to suit various brand personalities and industries with ease. 5. Bring originality to your work There s a reason why AI has artificial in its name. We re looking for someone who can think of fresh, original ideas and make full use of their creative skillset and toolkit. 6. Take ownership Hit the ground running, brief in hand. Approach every project with confidence taking the lead on crafting impactful narratives. Review your own work critically, address feedback promptly, and ensure high-quality output every time. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a copywriting or content writing role, preferably within a creative or design agency. A portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and versatile writing skills across different mediums. A solid understanding of brand communication and the ability to craft stories that resonate with diverse audiences. Excellent research and storytelling skills to develop engaging narratives.
