You are an experienced UI/UX Designer with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Your strong portfolio demonstrates a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping. Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders is key to ensuring a seamless user experience. - Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. - Develop user journeys and personas to enhance usability and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. - Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and UI components. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. - Work with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives. In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles. - Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, InVision, or Axure. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Problem-solving skills to analyze issues and develop user-friendly solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments. - Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animations. - Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. - Experience in creating and managing design systems.
