About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Own and manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals, for IT services and solutions in the US and European markets. 2. Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies, leveraging email, LinkedIn, networking, and cold calling. 3. Lead the prospecting process using advanced sales and market research tools to identify and engage high-quality leads. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create personalized outreach strategies to improve lead engagement and conversion rates. 5. Present TFT's comprehensive services to prospects, with an emphasis on tailoring solutions to their needs and pain points. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to sales closure. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records, ensuring up-to-date lead tracking and performance analytics. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's in CS, IT, or any engineering-related field; MBA is a plus. 2. 0-2 years of experience in IT sales. 3. Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in the US and European markets. 4. Strong expertise in outbound sales strategies, including high-volume prospecting and multi-channel lead generation. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. 7. Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office at least 3 days a week; candidates from Delhi NCR are required.
