You will be joining Thicket Tales, a Bangalore-based organisation dedicated to revolutionizing education through nature. Your role as a Sales Associate will involve expanding the organization's presence in Bangalore schools through various activities. You will work closely with the Founder and Head Naturalist to create impactful partnerships and bring Thicket Tales" nature-based learning programs to more children. As a Sales Associate at Thicket Tales, your key responsibilities will include: - Researching and identifying potential schools across Bangalore that align with Thicket Tales" vision. - Reaching out to principals, school leadership, and educators to introduce and explain Thicket Tales" offerings. - Scheduling and conducting pitches and demonstrations to showcase the nature-based curriculum and workshops provided by Thicket Tales. - Maintaining strong relationships with schools to ensure continued engagement and participation. - Collaborating with the Founder and Head Naturalist to ensure that outreach efforts are in line with the program's objectives. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with: - Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with school stakeholders. - Previous experience in B2B sales, education sales, or related fields would be advantageous. - Self-driven, organized, and motivated individuals who are committed to achieving results. - A passion for education, sustainability, and nature, which are highly valued qualities in potential candidates. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with a commission rate of 10-15% per closed school contract, which is standard in the education sales industry in India. There is also potential for transitioning to a fixed + variable model based on performance. This is a part-time, contractual/temporary, freelance position with a contract length of 3 months. The expected working hours are 6-10 per week, and the work location is in person.
