Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Engineer role located in Bazpur. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, field service activities, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves regular maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Strong communication and customer support skills are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with customers Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues promptly Prior experience in servicing industrial equipment is an added advantage Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred Willingness to work on-site and travel when required
