Digital Marketing Executive (Remote) Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. Manage social media strategy , content, and paid promotions (Meta, Google Ads). Perform keyword research, basic SEO, and analytics tracking. Assist in content writing, branding, and marketing automation tools. Skills Required: Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) . Understanding of healthcare or B2B marketing is a plus. Creativity with the ability to adapt tone and visuals across platforms.
