Deliver clinical psychology and behavioral therapy services to adult and rehabilitation patients. Plan and implement therapeutic activities with clearly defined goals. Ensure measurable outcomes are achieved and evaluated on a monthly basis. Assess and identify psychological and behavioral problems in patients. Understand and interpret thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and feelings. Conduct detailed history collection and Mental Status Examinations (MSE). Provide individual and group counseling based on patient needs. Facilitate individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Offer family counseling to support holistic recovery and patient well-being. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress notes. Prepare reports and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care. Notice Period : Immediate joining preferred/ max 10-15 Days.
