We are looking for a Data Annotation Lead with hands-on experience in various types of data annotation tasks. The ideal candidate should have exposure across multiple industries such as sports, medical, retail, automotive, agriculture, and more. The candidate will be responsible for leading annotation projects, ensuring quality output, managing team tasks, and effectively communicating with both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage data annotation projects across diverse domains. Perform and oversee all types of data annotation, including: Bounding Boxes Segmentation (Semantic & Instance) 3D Annotation Video Annotation Review annotated data to ensure high accuracy and quality. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliverables. Train and mentor annotation team members, providing guidance on best practices. Maintain proper documentation of processes and workflows. Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in data annotation across multiple formats (bounding boxes, segmentation, 3D, video). Industry exposure to at least some of the following: sports, medical, retail, automotive, agriculture. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact with clients and team members. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines. Ability to lead, guide, and review the work of annotation team members. Technical educational background: B.Tech / MCA (or equivalent). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience as a team lead or supervisor in data annotation projects. Strong problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
