Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for method optimization and implementing changes. Maintain accurate records of all experiments, results, and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Job Title: Officer Shift (Mechanical) Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years Key Responsibilities & Knowledge Areas: Maintenance of API/Chemical Plant Equipment: Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with: Reactors Centrifuges ANFD (Agitated Netsch Filter Dryer) Dryers Vacuum Pumps Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical breakdowns in process equipment. Preventive Maintenance Execution: Plan and carry out preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Maintain records and logs for maintenance activities. Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and compliance with industry standards. Participate in regular safety audits and implement corrective actions. Coordination for Equipment Qualification: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for qualification and validation of equipment as per GMP standards. Preferred Attributes: Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach. Familiarity with cGMP and standard operating procedures in chemical/API industries.
