Role Overview The Sales Assistant Intern supports daily sales operations by responding to customer queries, assisting with abandoned cart conversions, and maintaining high-quality communication across channels. The role requires consistency, ownership, and the ability to work closely with the sales and customer support team to drive conversions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries across email, WhatsApp, and meta channels with clarity and accuracy. Handle meta replies and comments to maintain engagement and drive traffic. Follow up and convert abandoned carts through persuasive communication. Maintain daily logs of customer interactions and conversion attempts. Collaborate with the sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets. Escalate issues promptly and coordinate effectively with internal teams. Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. Team-oriented mindset. Target-driven, with the ability to work under pressure. Basic understanding of online shopping behavior (preferred).
