We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer who isn’t just a content creator — but a visual filmmaker, editor, and storyteller rolled into one . This is a founding creative role . You’ll work directly with the leadership team to define how the world sees ALF.RED, and how our stories are told — from sharp, minimalist motion to rich storytelling. What You’ll Be Working On ALF.RED , our red-themed AI assistant that blends utility with cinematic storytelling — you’ll shape its brand identity through visual content, teasers, shorts, and narrative-driven films. theGoodBrowser , our broader vision for a productivity-first web experience — your content will help tell this story to the world as we evolve from a bot to a task-completing internet layer. What You’ll Do Concept, script, direct, and produce premium-level content — from teaser films and reels to product explainers and brand campaigns. Edit videos with filmmaker-level polish — smooth transitions, rhythmic cuts, sound design, color grading, and storytelling finesse. Shoot and experiment with cinematic visuals , whether it's a minimal studio setup or scrappy, on-location storytelling. Design lightweight visual assets and branding elements using Illustrator, Figma, or Photoshop when needed. Collaborate with the core team to brainstorm bold, unconventional content ideas that break the clutter online. Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms — Instagram, YouTube, website, and product content. Be the voice of quality — obsess over detail, and make every frame matter. What You Need to Bring Strong experience in video production and editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, etc.). A creative eye for cinematography , lighting, sound, and pacing — your edits should look and feel like short films. A portfolio or showreel that showcases your ability to tell stories visually — branded content, aesthetic reels, short docs, etc. Working knowledge of Illustrator or Figma to create supporting visuals. Hunger to build something from scratch . You care about the brand as much as the product. Bonus Points If You… Are inspired by brands like Apple, Notion, OnePlus, or Tesla when it comes to visual storytelling. Have experience making fast-paced social-first content and experimental visuals. Can shoot with a DSLR/Mirrorless and understand studio lighting or DIY setups.
